C5-6 Self-portrait, autobiography, and journey of Self-discovery

Our C5-6 learners recently presented and exhibited their self-portrait, autobiography, and journey of self-discovery as part of their Learning Lab Showtime.
 
Addressing their driving question, "How do the people around me shape my identity?" learners explored their identities through the lens of a camera and the biographies of others to create their own autobiographies.
 
They became photojournalists, photographing people in their community and documenting their stories in a scrapbook. They also talked about the importance of members of their community and their impact on identity.
