ML Muster: AI is Coming!

ML Muster: AI is Coming!

By Chad Walsh / January 18, 2023 / Middle Loop Muster

We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to ChatGPT, a powerful language model developed by OpenAI. ChatGPT is able to understand and respond to natural language inputs, making it a valuable tool for a wide range of applications..

One of the most exciting things about ChatGPT is its ability to generate humanlike text. This means that it can write essays, articles, and even code, with a level of fluency that is often indistinguishable from that of a human. This has the potential to revolutionize many industries, from content creation to customer service. Another powerful feature of ChatGPT is its ability to understand and respond to natural language inputs. This means that it can be used to answer questions, provide information, and even engage in conversation. This has the potential to greatly improve the user experience in a wide range of applications, from chatbots to virtual assistants.

As parents, you may be wondering how this technology will impact your children's future. We believe that the ability to interact with machines using natural language will be a valuable skill in the years to come. It's likely that many jobs in the future will require this type of communication, and children who learn to use it now will be well-prepared for the future.

In addition, as the technology continues to improve, it's likely that we will see more and more applications of ChatGPT in education. For example, it could be used to help students with language learning, or to generate personalized study materials.

In conclusion, ChatGPT is an exciting and powerful technology that has the potential to revolutionize many industries and improve the user experience in many applications.

We believe that it will play an important role in the future, and that learning to use it now will be a valuable skill for your children. If you are interested, give this a try and create an account at https://chat.openai.com .

As a school, we will look at ways to promote responsible use as part of our digital citizenship focus and responsibility. There is lots of new learning for us too as educators. Dr. Rolly, our Technology Director will be hosting a parent coffee morning to share this new feature in the coming weeks. Please email Rolly if you have any questions about this at rolly.maiquez@verso.ac.th

These are exciting times, and this is only the beginning.
