We would like to invite and welcome parents and learners for a ConVERSO on Friday, 17 May. We are offering a face-to-face ConVERSO or a Google Meet Video Call ConVERSO. 

This event offers the opportunity for meaningful dialogue between Learning Designers (LDs), parents, and learners, fostering a collaborative environment for discussion and reflection on progress and learning journeys.

Here's what you need to know:

1. Format Options: You have the choice between a face-to-face ConVERSO or a Google Meet Video Call ConVERSO. Of course, we would love to see as many of you in person as possible. For those who are unable to come into VERSO, we are looking forward to connecting with you on a video call. 

2. No Regular Lessons and No ECAs: Please note that there will be no regular lessons or instruction or ECAs on Friday, 17 May, to accommodate these ConVERSO meetings.

3. Scheduling Appointments: Kindly fill out the Google Form with your VERSO Gmail to select your preferred appointment time(s). The form collects email addresses. You will receive a confirmation email outlining your selected choices.

4. Arrival Time: For face-to-face ConVERSO meetings, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth flow, as appointments are tightly scheduled.

5. Virtual Meeting Links: If you opt for a Google Meet Video Call ConVERSO, a meeting link will be emailed to you before Wednesday, 15 May, along with a Google Calendar invite.

6. Appointment Deadline: All appointments must be scheduled by 3:00 pm, Wednesday, 15 May.  Learning Designers will confirm your chosen time slot thereafter.

7. Learner Attendance: We encourage learners to attend the ConVERSO alongside their parents. This provides an opportunity for them to showcase their progress, build confidence, and enhance communication skills.

8. Parent Inquiries: Should you have any specific questions, or if you wish to focus the conVERSO around something specific, feel free to reach out to the assigned Learning Designer directly.

9. School Day Arrangements: While it's a school day, there will be no regular instructional classes. After your ConVERSO appointment, your child/ren are to accompany you home. If you've opted for a video call, learners are to remain at home.
